What are Custom Collabs?

Aligned with our mission, we are committed to enhancing leadership capacity, fostering innovation, and facilitating continuous school improvement through our tailored Coaching Collabs. Each Collab is strategically customized to achieve transformational growth, addressing the unique needs of teachers, building administrators, and division leaders.

Collabs are Coaching Opportunities for Leading, Learning, AND Becoming! Collabs embody an essential aspect of our collective philosophy, striving to address the diverse needs of individuals, teams, schools, and leaders by providing high-quality coaching and job-embedded professional learning.

Collab Coaching Models:

Collabs provide a comprehensive cycle of in-person and virtual coaching, professional learning, and progress check-ins to monitor continuous school improvement; therefore, multi-month or yearlong plans are recommended. There are four Collab Models:

1-Champions -one-on-one coaching designed for principals, assistant principals, teachers, instructional support staff, and division leaders

2-Communities -small group coaching for Professional Learning Communities, Instructional Leadership Teams, and School Improvement Teams

3-Cohorts -specific staff groups such as teacher leaders, instructional support staff, aspiring leaders, assistant principals, and principals

4-Conferences -large groups, staff meetings, conference-style sessions, and/or retreats; conferences may be facilitated as a one-time event or it can be designed similar to the models above to include a comprehensive cycle of in-person and virtual coaching, professional learning, and progress check-ins.
